Executive Director

Vivian Koob

As members of the Christian community, we have a moral obligation to protect innocent life.”

As both the Founder and Executive Director of ENLC, Vivian’s passion for life coupled with her leadership skills are what keep this ministry moving. Some of her primary duties include board administration, strategic management, staff supervision, and fund development — among other objectives. Vivian is also engaged in several activities outside of work, including cooking, reading, gardening, and spending time with her grandchildren.

Director of Operations

Rosie Prier

“As a Christian, I feel blessed to be able to support the front line efforts of our pro-life ministry in a behind-the-scenes way.”

Rosie has been with ENLC since April 1995, and her efforts are no small part. As the Director of Operations, she oversees Finance, IT, Facilities, Grant writing, Grant implementation, and Material Assistance Functions. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren

Development Director

Keisha Mitchell


As the Development Director, Keisha has the humbling task of building donor relationships and ensuring the company raises enough funding to stay afloat. Keisha is a blessing to us and to everyone who knows her!

Women’s Centers of Ohio Director

Meg Carnahan

“I believe God has called us to be a voice for the voiceless.”

As the Director of Women’s Centers of Ohio, Meg plays a vital role in our ministry. For the past six years, she’s overseen the spiritual and operational well-being of our seven pregnancy resource centers. When she’s not busy saving lives, Meg enjoys spending time with her family.


Human Resources Director

Terry Miller

“It is a pleasure to work with a Christian, Pro-Life organization.”

Terry serves as the Director of Human Resources, which encompasses all new employee hires,  training initiatives, disciplinary actions, and work relations. She also ensures the company is in compliance with all federal, state, and local laws. She’s been with ENLC since 2013 and loves using her talents to support the ministry behind the scenes. Outside of work, Terry enjoys traveling, camping, and kayaking with her family.

Director WCO

Erica Schwieterman

I believe that buiding a pro-life generation will abolish abortion in our lifetime.”

Erica is the Associate Director of our Women’s Centers, and her passion shines through in everything she does. For the past 18 years, she has overseen the daily tasks and operations at each center, while also working alongside the Director to improve their development processes. She also educates young, abortion-minded women about their options and available resources when it comes to saving life. In her spare time, Erica enjoys working out and spending time with her family.

Director Marriage Works Ohio

Greg Schutte

“As followers of Christ, we are called to take up our cross every day to serve those who are in need, and I take that calling from our Lord very seriously.”

Greg is the Director of Marriage Works! Ohio and has served our organization for nearly 14 years. In his role, he oversees the department’s grant funding, offers marriage counseling, and manages the program’s revenue-producing initiatives. He also sells our Christian-based marriage curriculums to local churches and provides all necessary training. When he’s not helping other couples, he loves spending time with his wife and family.



Don Simon

“I support life at every age beginning with conception.”

As a strong advocate for life, Don joined our team in 2018 ready to make a change as the Fiscal Director. He works hard to ensure our Accounting, Finance, and Insurance departments run effectively, and during his free time, he loves bicycling, walking, and hiking.

IT Director

David Drusen

“ENLC is one big family because we are all brothers and sisters in Christ and that unites us.”

As the Director of IT, David oversees all technological functions within the organization. He came to us in June of 2018 after 19 years at his former company, and his knowledge and wisdom have helped streamline the entire IT department. Outside of work, David also serves on the executive leadership team at his church. Between that and spending time with his family, he stays busy in his personal and professional life.


Medical Office Manager at Holy Family Prenatal Care

Tammy Elter

“The fact that we are an openly Christian organization brings light to what God’s plan is for each of us.”

Tammy is the Medical Office Manager at our Holy Family Prenatal Care facility and has been with the company for over 14 years. In her role, she oversees the day-to-day operations to ensure the clinic runs smoothly. Tammy is passionate about working with women and their families, as she does her part to help save babies and change lives. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, kids, grandkids, and their horse, Smokes.
